Delete your account or data

Use this page to request deletion of your Niagafy account and its associated data, or to ask us to delete selected data while keeping your account.

What happens after a request

Submit the email used for your Niagafy account.
We verify account ownership using the registered email before making changes.
We review and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

What should we delete?

Delete my account and associated data Includes your profile, linked sign-in identity, active sessions, ads, and uploaded photos, subject to the retention notes below. Delete selected data only Keep your account but request deletion of specific ads, photos, or profile data.

Deletion and retention

For a full-account request, personal profile data and linked login identities are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Active refresh sessions are revoked. Your ads and uploaded photos are removed unless a limited record must be retained for a transaction, dispute, safety investigation, or legal obligation.

Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire, normally within 90 days. Minimal request records—such as the email, request dates, and outcome—may be retained for up to 12 months to demonstrate compliance and prevent abuse. Payment, fraud-prevention, moderation, or legal records may be kept only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.
